Had a reservation and were seated immediately. Then we waited 15 minutes to get service. Table was dirty. It was HOT and muggy inside. Three different beers were ordered, and all three were out of stock. But the bacon board and the Snitch burger were good. So...fair.
Never mind the dismal health score. It’s not easy to have the worst service in old town Scottsdale, but Bootleggers seems to have taken this as a challenge. My experiences start with a bartender who tells us about their upcoming NY vacation followed by fraud alerts on my card 3 days later...in NY, to bugs in my sazerac, and then waiting 30 minutes for a table for two, only to see them seat a table of 9 who walked up 25 minutes in. The good was great, good service and moonshine Wow !
The food, moonshine and service were amazing! We had the BBQ platter for two. The meat was fall off the bone. And the bartender treated us to the Apple Pie Moonshine. Sooooo smooth. We definitely would go again!! 👍👍
