Dr. Francois was friendly, but that’s the only good thing I have to say.I have newborn twins and switched pediatricians very quickly. The staff was very rude and seemed extremely uninterested in their job at both locations starting from the check in to the nurses. The nurses did not introduce themselves, they did not tell us anything they were doing and the office was very dank and cold.
