I love staying here! Great location. Fantastic staff and customer service. The breakfast spread is amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Billings!
Staff at check in very rude! Room was not what we were were suppose to get and then charged a ridiculous amount for pet fees. We won’t be staying here again!!
by far absolute worst breakfast i've had at a hotel. Eggs have a hair in it, and are huge chunks. Biscuits and gravy were terrible the biscuit was as hard as a rock.. Sausage was okay. That's all they had. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.
