nice place and my epilepsy is being managed very well now but also when i was having seizures very often due to school stress it took a seizure sending me to the er with a head injury for my neurologist to bother upping my medication. other than that he's a nice guy though
I called everyday for a week trying to reschedule my appointment and no answer. Worst place ever.
I have nothing but good to say about Booth! Starting with the ladies at the front line, they listened to my concerns and tried their best to calm me and got back to me in a timely manner. Now for Dr. Shah he in my book is fantastic, he showed me compassion and understanding my fears of the MRI and gave the proper medication to get through it. All in all I've had nothing but a good experience with Booth !! Keep up the amazing work that you folks do!! I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat!
I went here for the past couple years as I was assigned to dr. Roy after my first seizure by ottawa general hospital. I was often dismissed of my symptoms and told it was fine to just keep taking medication that my problems would go away. After finding a new neurologist I learned that there was more going on and more medication is NOT going to fix it. The secretaries never answer the phones when they say they’re open and if you have an appointment on the phone, the doctor will call you whenever it is convenient for them. I u... read more
