I find Mr. Booth difficult to work with and I believe we paid a ridiculous amount of money to have our repair done. I would NEVER use him again. He billed us $120 per hour for two people doing the work. Every time I saw them working, it was his helper working while Mr. Booth watched him. If it was a training session, why did we pay for the trainer? When the work was partly done, he drove by the house in the evening to pick up the check.
