Excellent workout! – The trainers are knowledgeable and motivated, the workouts are dynamic and deliver results. Working out with a group is more engaging and fun than sessions with a personal trainer. I tried both indoors and outdoors sessions, at multiple locations-all equally great! Highly recommended!!!

Good Supplemental Workout – I don't like to workout in the gym, and am not motivated to jog/workout on my own, so Bootcamp Republic is a great motivator for me to do a committed workout for 1.5 hours 2x/week. They are very flexible about making up missed classes and the instructor is good (Courtney Paul). He gives us a variety of exercises and works all different parts of the body. Fun, motivating workout! – Bootcamp Republic is fantastic! It’s a great workout with highly motivated trainers. The team aspect really helps you push yourself and everyone’s extremely nice and friendly. You’ll reach your fitness goals if you combine your regular twice weekly Bootcamp sessions with the free Sunday class.

Courtney Kicks Butt – Courtney Paul is one of the best trainers you'll ever find. Not only does he kick your butt but you're still smiling afterwards. He has tons of energy that gets you motivated even when you're not motivated to be motivated. He stays after class to answer any questions you have, he'll ask you what your routine is and give you nutrition advice based on your lifestyle, he tells you what to do on your non-boot camp days and keep tabs on you. Courtney Paul is The Trainer You Want!! – I started boot camp in October 2008 to tone up for a vacation that required a bikini and have been hooked since. Best way to spend money in a recession.... – Worth every penny. Must admit that I get bored very easily when it comes to workouts and Bootcamp Republic has kept me coming back for more sessions. Ive signed up for 5 sessions to date and have had awesome results (3 during the summer outdoor session with Ngozi, 2 during the winter indoors session with Gary and have attended the free classes with Whitney) - dropped 10 pounds, built up my endurance, strength and more importantly know that im in the best shape ever. Cannot live without it! – I have been attending bootcamp republic since October 2007 and I keep going back for more! Why? Well, Courtney Paul, my instructor(I make sure to sign up w him each time) is incredible. He is extremely motivating, he's fun, he's entertaining, and he gives us tips to make sure we stay in shape during non-class days. Worth the money! – I have taken three sessions with Gary and it is worth every cent. It is so much cheaper than a personal trainer, but I think better results. Every class is different which keeps you interested. Also, the classes are small enough for you to learn proper form. I definitely suggest taking these classes!

great way to workout! – I did some sessions last year in Chelsea, by Pier 66. I have had personal trainers in the past, and I would say that the bootcamp republic trainer was more hands-on and motivational. And of course it's a lot cheaper (I was paying $70 an hr for personal training at my gym). I was sore for the first few days, but I was ok with that because i knew I was pushing myself.
