Great place to pick up some Western wear.
Overall my experience with this store was pleasant. Plenty of options from exotic to basic! Purchased a pair of boots that fit the occasion I needed. 3 stars due to staff being somewhat disinterested in my questions and concerns.
Is good
Small selection if you are a woman who wears a large shoe size. Zero customer service. I was hoping I would have had help buying my first boot, but I couldn't find any employees. Prices are much higher than online too.
I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had in a long time at Boot Barn. The staff was cold, unapproachable, and made no effort to be friendly or welcoming. It felt like customer service was the very last thing on their minds. The checkout process was absolutely ridiculous. I stood waiting with no cashier in sight, wandering around the registers like an afterthought. It took an unreasonably long time before Isaac finally came from the back and offered an apology.
