Great service, pricey but worth the service
I love boot barn. Best place for all your country attire needs. But the castleton location customer service is awful. Bought a pair of defective boots from them 2 days prior and basically before I could finish talking they were already telling me they couldn't do anthing about, I'm stuck with them and rushed me out the doors. The southport location on the other hand was very helpful and I am greatful
Excellent boot options for women and children specifically! Customer service was great and informative. There were so many choices, and sizes that met my and my daughter in law's needs. My 1st pair of boots will be fron Boot Barn for sure. My granddaughter already has hers.
