Extremely Prejudice! My family and I entered the boot barn in Russellville AR for the first time ever a few days ago. My daughter who is 11 was on the search for some cowboy boots. We were not greeted, however we found our way to the back of the store where the boots are and proceeded to try on a few pairs. Could not ask for a better morning visit on 10/02/2025 to the russellville, AR Boot Barn. The to ladies were very cheerful, and helpful in helping me return and purchase new boots! They did not have to go out of their way to provide the extra service of making a return painless, BUT! they wanted to! I can't say enough about these 2 individuals but they need to be promoted and put in the positions of regional customer promotion representatives along with the monetary increase commensurate with such a promotion.
They have a huge selection of everything you are looking for as well as helpful and attentive staff. They're all kinda the same but this one is good.
Associates were not very knowledgeable of their programs that they offer. And when someone did know they literally had us talked out of using the voucher process that is for us to save money on our work boots due to it being a very inconvenient/long down out process. So we left feeding discouraged about the whole process.
Very unique selection. Employees, display, prices, and brand availability all earn 5 Stars.
