Not very helpful. If you're about to pee your pants... TOUGH. They have a men's and women's restroom right there, but it isn't public, and they're "sorry about that." There wasn't much of a size 12 men's boot selection either. Paid full price for a pair of Keen boots and the literally fell apart in less than six months, which makes me pretty certain they are selling seconds here. Worn Keens a lot of years and never had a pair do that before. I do not recommend.
