My first experience at Boot Barn in Washington was extremely disappointing. The store was practically empty, yet no employee offered to help us. When my husband asked about the size of a pair of work boots he liked, only then did one female employee tell him she was too busy answering phone calls to help customers in the store. A customer on the phone is a customer, and so is one standing right in front of you. Do you rank customers by priority? Very poor customer service. We definitely did not feel welcomed.

Great staff, pleasant experience. No pressure service with an honest answer when you ask for their opinion.
