Bought a hat and the lovely Annaria helped me very well
Didn’t have my size at all, had to use a voucher that day, was forced to buy boots to big that are rubbing my heels raw, cut the tags off so I can’t even exchange them at another boot barn for a different size. So I’m selling the $220 boots I bought for like $50. 0/10
Helpful for finding my mom work boots
I had never been to Boot Barn before my recent visit, but a few people had recommended it to me, so I decided to check it out. As soon as I walked in, there was a live band playing, which made for a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I was on the hunt for a pair of wedding boots and I found exactly what I was looking for! I ended up with a beautiful pair of boots that were fairly priced. So happy with my new boots. I appreciate the wonderful staff that helped me with my purchase.
