Been getting my boots from Boot Barn for a while the last pair of boots I got were wolverines I paid about $120 just recently bought a new pair at $189 love the boots but not the price still a five star
Stopped by Boot Barn after a very long 12 hour train & bus ride back home to find work boots. A sales rep stopped to ask if we needed help, we responded yes. She offered to get her manager who specialized in work boots, but no one ever arrived to help throughout the entire time of trying on every pair in his size. We ended up finding a pair that worked perfectly but it was odd that the store was full of sales reps just none focused on customers. I don’t recommend going to this boot barn. The manager Jen is very discriminatory toward working individuals. I bought $200 Cody James work boots the whole insole fell apart and the structural sidewall completely failed. She first tells me they don’t cover hard work only wear and tear which is one and the same. Then she says “well no they don’t cover wear and tear they only cover manufacturer defects”.
