I don’t recommend going to this boot barn. The manager Jen is very discriminatory toward working individuals. I bought $200 Cody James work boots the whole insole fell apart and the structural sidewall completely failed. She first tells me they don’t cover hard work only wear and tear which is one and the same. Then she says “well no they don’t cover wear and tear they only cover manufacturer defects”. The store is big , organized & clean. The first time I went I didn't have a good experience and I write my review about it, Today I come back and the Ladies were AMAZING especially Carol, so sweet and nice she was so helpful.
Best prices for Danner Boots, beat prices from all other sites including REI,AMAZON,EBAY,and even the DANNER website. Wonderful customer service. JEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Will definitely be returning. And the sales were out of this world, buy one get one free, half off pants etc....
