So many selections but the prices were a bit steep for a novice boot wearer. Also no narrow options were in store for women or kids.
Shopping at Boot Barn was such a fantastic experience! Kayla went above and beyond with her customer service—she was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole process an absolute pleasure. The store has an incredible selection of western attire and boots, with fair prices that make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Kayla’s great personality and helpful suggestions made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. I love boot barn but I'll probably just stick to online shopping from them from now on. The manager is absolutely horrible. From what I've seen the past few times I've been there I'm surprised she still works there. She is incredibly rude to the other employees, I've heard her curse at them a few times, which is abhorrent considering she's a grown women and most of the employees I've seen look like teenagers. And she is extremely pushy, even after you've expressed you dont want to do something or don't want to buy something.... read more
