They have a lot of options but more for women on the tiny side and not in the large or medium side so no purchase but the building is huge and has beautiful items for sure
Im giving this a three stars only because of the other employees who helped me and were very sweet and kind, an honorable mention to both Larissa and Evan. I have been coming here for years, i love Boot Barn. However, ive noticed recently a lot of new workers including a new manager. They have every cowboy boot you could possibly imagine! I found just what I was looking for! I found a Beautiful pair of boots. It’s always hard to find boots to fit my foot shape, but with such a large selection there’s no doubt you’ll find what you are looking for!
My experience in the store was a great one. My sales associate, Nadia, was very patient, kind, and attentive. She was quite knowledgeable of the boots, sizes, brands, and styles. If the associates worked off of commission, she thoroughly earned it. When ever anyone is in the Boot Barn on Rivers, Nadia is the person you want to help you. @Nadia...job well done!
