What a disappointment .. my co worker and I are from out of town came to boot barn to buy new work boots. Selection wasn't very good at all. There were two people working one at the front counter and one talking to someone in the back of store where we were looking for boots. We walked by him with no acknowledgment then walked up and down isles working for boots. He never once offered assistance and kept talking to someone else. I visited Boot Barn on 4/3/2025 at around 2:00 p.m. Klaire was very helpful with getting me into a new pair of boots. Klaire was patient and wasn’t pushy on any certain brand as I tried on several different boots. If you shop at Boot Barn in Council Bluffs make sure to ask for Klaire. You won’t be disappointed by her service.
