The selection they have of size 14 boots are slllllim at best. The fee pair they do carry are silly looking and or if cheap quality. I got a pair of Jason work boots and the sole started falling off the second day I wore them. I exchanged them for a different brand, it was the only other pair of work boots they had in my size.
Not a very big selection of western boots for women size 11. Didn't end up finding a pair I liked. The store has other nice items though.
I went in with my sister with the intention of buying 2 pairs of boots. Although we did walk out with boots costing us about $600 we are pretty disappointed by the customer service. For not having much experience in boot buying we had a few questions that probably could have been easily answered if we were even approached by an employee.
