I am always treated with respect and dignity staff is always very friendly and helpful
Although they did offer to help, it felt more like a hassle than genuine service. They didn’t smile once, and the overall attitude was unwelcoming. When my sister mentioned she was a nurse and showed her ID, they still weren’t very kind. It honestly seemed like they didn’t enjoy their job.
