Awful costumer service 3 lady’s that had no care in the world except what that had to talk about with each other should have just purchased boots online
We entered, looked around and exited without ever being acknowledged. All the staff were having a great time around the register though, talking about their personal lives and goofing around. The prices are so high for clothing made mostly of plastic and jewelry made of unspecified, low quality metal. It was a disappointing experience.
Great place to shop
Great experience! Stopped through on my way from Nashville to South Carolina to get some hats reshaped. Keira helped me and went above and beyond to take care of me. By far the best experience I have ever had at a boot barn!
