First time & last time coming here. Honestly make the drive to Alvin, it has always been my preference anyways, but I wanted to check this location out. I understand we had 6 minutes till closing time however a simple “how are you guys doing, unfortunately we will be closing shortly, what are we looking for” type of customer service would have been NICE
I was in Boot Barn yesterday to buy a pair of work boots. I am a regular customer and am almost on first name basis with some of the employees that work there, upon me getting to the counter I had some questions about my coupons I wasn’t sure if I had used them yet or not while the young lady was helping me the store manager was speaking to another employee from out of town and stopped what she was doing to look at the screen said oh those are used walked away and went outside to continue her conversation I had questions and... read more
