Not impressed at all. I ordered Tropi-kale. The lady blended the mix and kept adding ice, after blending the first time, she pursed and added 2 more scoops of ice and when it was transfered to the cup it wasn't up to half that was poured in and the cup was full. She then dumped all the rest in the sink. What a waste. I ordered green smoothie but got blended ice.
I’m extremely disappointed with this Booster Juice location. We came in to celebrate my mom’s birthday, which is something we do every year to get her free birthday smoothie. She showed both her ID and her app to prove it was her birthday. Yes, her app was glitching, but she even went into her settings to clearly show her birthdate. Despite having multiple forms of proof right in front of them, the staff still refused to honor it. The smoothies are good, but sometimes they are watery, I been here 6 times already, and only 1 time the smoothie was watery.good service. But sometimes they don't tell you when it's done so you have to watch for your orders.
Ava helped me with a large order all on her own and was a huge help. Thank you
Management need to talk to the staff that are lazy and keep hanging up the phone on prospective customers trying to make a pickup order
