15/12/25 15 people standing in line waiting to self serve. About 10 people who had already ordered. 3 young staff members just standing and having a chat. 2 staff actually working. No one able to serve customers when asked. Then they made mistakes on the orders. Lots of customers not happy today
This lovely boy named Jackson helped me find a drink similar to one they haven’t got anymore and did a great job explaining the ingredients to help me! Keep it up :)
Staff are Rude as. I will never ever go back there. Send your staff for Custer service training. Costs a person nothing to put a smile on your face
