Paid $11 and the drink was not even full, I didn’t have time to turn back however contacted on app and they have not even offered an apology ! Disappointed at best .
There was one staff member. I was the first to order, but 9 people received their orders before me. Took over 20 minutes to get my order.
Very disappointed. As a customer that always go to shopping and buy boost and love it and know how it supposed to be, in last two times that I order boost in joondalup all the drink being watery and testless. I got two all berries bang and a choc- muscle and they all test water. employees should understand that people don’t pay $10 for water. Very disappointed of the management of this store.
the short brown haired lady that served me at 1pm too was so rude, rolled her eyes because i couldn’t hear her as she was whispering in a loud shopping centre while taking my order made me feel so uncomfortable.
The smoothis like mango magic was loose, it looks they don't add ice or something missing
