I don't like the service from the staff. They're not very polite. I went alone and bought 4 drinks. I asked for a bag, and the staff said 30 cents for a tray. I was okay with that. I'm just confused. Do drink shops normally charge for a tray?
Turned up at 9pm today and the staff were already shutting down, then told me they were closed. Why say you close at 9:30 if you’re not even serving at 9? Either stick to your hours or update them. Don’t waste people’s time.
I usually dont bother with reviews, but this place is so bad that I just had to. Terrible prices, customer service and horrible quality drinks. I ordered 2 strawberry squeezes for my siblings at a ridiculous 9.70 per drink, almost a dollar more than the ones I usually get at Rouse hill and even ashfield which is right next to Burwood. But no matter at the drink is good right? NO.
