Went in on 07/06 morning, waiting period was very long the girl working atp was a machine….. Appreciate the hard-work but boss needs to put more staff on duty.
Agree with all other reviews about Boss. She is very rude to her stuff and speaks aggressively like she does not even want to be there. Been to Burwood before and staff completely changed too. Nice staff is gone. Only rude boss and staff now.
This is the truth about Boost Burwood. I’ve given this store many chances because it is the closest Boost store in my area. However, I have realised that most times the quality of the drinks are poor and the employees seem very tired and stressed. But now I understand why. I saw multiple times the owner (appears to be an Indian women) shouts at her employees as discipline. This is the worst branch I’ve ever experienced, no wonder the rating is so low. I ordered a drink in January through the app but the store was out of watermelon on that day and told me I could come back later to collect my drink. Since I don’t live near the Burwood store and was out of town for two months, I only returned recently and showed them the purchase record.
