Customer service is non existent. Called in here at 4pm today ( Saturday ) and the girl serving me was rude and made it obvious she wasn’t impressed about having to make my order. Get better staff
Extremely disappointed with the service & duty of care shown by staff at Mernda Boost this afternoon. My order (Original King William Chocolate) was accidentally handed to another customer, who took it to their car, gave it to her friend, he sipped it, realised it wasn't their order, came inside & handed it over to the staff. Luckily I saw the whole thing while going in to pick up my order after ordering a Subway, which is next door. Need to hire another staff member for boost juice. I waited an ungodly long time just to be served, this is the 4th time that this has happened and it is completely unacceptable. I have learnt my lesson and won’t be returning back!!!
Completely disgusted with the way the way one of the workers was talking to me. And making it even worse she charged me 2 dollars more for an original green tea mango mantra when it should only be 9 dollars. The drink was completely runny and had hardly any taste and arguably one of the worst boosts I’ve ever had!!!
