Very disorganised! After waiting more than 20 minutes for my one drink to be made I had to ask one of the girls where it was. They then realised that they had lost my ticket order despite me already paying. Waste of time due to their disorganisation.
wonderful service by a Emily. she was very efficent and had lovely manners. My juice was also very delicious.
Terrible. Waited well over 20 minutes. Two of the drinks were melted as they couldn’t give them to us until the third was made. $30 for 3 drinks (two were junior size).
Worst ever customer service and rude and egoistic store manager I have ever seen. I don't understand what does she consider herself if she even cannot serve the customers properly. I did order just one classic Mango Magic which had lot chunks of banana and no trace of Mangos at all. So icy and cold. Customers aren't paying you $10 just to get 700ml ice. Do favour, improve yourself or change yourself with someone who actually deserves the position.
