Poor Customer Service – i have to agree with Big PoppaKoop. I brought a mover in for Spring servicing and was told "a week to 10 days". this past saturday, after 2 weeks, they hadn't even looked at it, and mumbled about how backed up they were. when you come in to buy new equipment, they love you. but for servicing, they really don't seem to care, since they know there aren't many places near-by, and once they have your mover, what are you going to do!

Strongly Disagree W/ Big Poopa – I have to vehemently disagree with the previous reviewer. I've been a customer at Boonton Power for many years. The employees have ALWAYS been cordial and attentive, to the point where I know each of their names and, in some cases, them mine. I've brought my power equipment to Boonton Power ever since I had a poor experience with Power Place (Rockaway). Poor Business Practice – I recently went into Boonton Power to get an estimate on my mower. I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter while 3 employees carried on with other activities ignoring me. After talking to an employee, he told me that I would have to wait 2 WEEKS for just an estimate. I do not recommend this company to anybody and I think they need to work on how they treat there potential customers.
