One of the worst apartment experiences I've ever had. We live on the 2nd floor, and the creaking from the floor above the bedrooms is so loud that we can't sleep when the neighbors are up. My roommate and I have had to sleep on a couch/air mattress in the living room for months. To top it all off, there is a $300 fee to switch units, so you get tricked into signing a lease for a place where you can't even sleep on your own terms. My favorite place to live in Lynchburg. I can't afford to buy a house and pay the keep up, so I decided to look around to rent a place. I did all my research and even visited a handful that I narrowed down and decided on Boonsboro. The young gentleman who manages the place was great to work with and I like how everything (apt, the grass, flower beds, etc) were well kept. Move here quick before they run out of spaces. This a great place to rent. I'm sure everyone who writes in talks about the apartment, but I want to talk about the property. It's so pretty. I like to walk the property line and kinda be in nature. They do a good job of maintaining the grounds here and it makes a hiker like me appreciate the hard work they do. Keep on walking!

living here is good. good people. good bathroom. good kitchen. good appliances. good neighborhood. good pool. good manager. good windows. good carpet. good neighbors. good parking spot. good short walk to starbucks and food lion. good landscape. good handyman. good price. good. good. good. i'm done now. you'll probably say, "good".
