I've never seen the phrase "a one-stop-shop" embodied so perfectly by a brick and mortar showroom. They have everything from cabinetry and countertops to carpet, hardwood, tile, and even hardware and sinks for the home. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting the staff and asking questions and are excited to begin our flooring installation!"
Very great people everyone so polite. Thank you the job you've done. Store is so beautiful.
In July I called to make an appointment. I was given 1 Sept at 0730. At 0628 on 1 Sept I get a message stating the person who was going to "measure" my bathroom was 10 minutes out. I wasn't going to be home until 0715 plus I wanted a bathroom remodel estimate not someone to come out and measure. What a joke and a waste of time. Unprofessional company.
I ordered 1800 sqft of travertine. This store went above and beyond to fulfill my order even though they didn't have all the tiles in stock at first. And I saved at least $5000 by purchasing here instead of another store. The tile shipment was excellent quality. Only a couple of pieces were broken or chipped. Thank you! Thank you!
