A friend of mine gave me a few rolls of venison summer sausage & salami they had butchered at your shop. ABSOLUTELY the BEST venison summer sausage & salami I've ever eaten and I've tried it from all over the U.S. I'll be bringing my deer(s) next year to you guys to be butchered. Definitely worth the hour drive!!!
