Dr. Chow helped me thaw my left frozen shoulder. He alternates between a variety of extremely effective techniques including dry needling, Graston, and Active Release Technique to name a few. Not only has Dr. Chow drastically improved my mobility and decreased pain, I can actually sleep on my left side again. He and his wife are the consummate professionals and just simply a joy to be around and work with. Thank You Boone Wellness, you guys seriously Rock !!!

I love Boone wellness! The office is so open and welcoming. It's always clean. The adjustments are amazing! I love how they do a lot of soft tissue work before the actual adjustment. It makes the adjustment much smoother and painless. I highly recommend them!
