Saw a grown man (easily 45/body builder type) threaten to hurt a woman in her mid 20s- she had just walked outside- the bouncer came over and seemed to kick the girl out. The guy proceeded to try to start a situation with another person. The guy went to talk to a bouncer and the bouncer asked him to leave the property. Me and my party immediately left and dont plan on coming back- doesn't seem like a safe place.
When I was at App, this was my bar for a reason. The staff are wonderful and one of the bartenders even remembered my name and already knew what to serve me when I walked in. Once I left my bag inside after leaving and she chased me down the street calling my name to give it to me. She was the best and I wish I could remember her name. Great food too. I highly recommend the fish and chips and the habanero sauce. Wonderful place ran by wonderful people. Best bar in Boone and it’s not even close!
a group of us paid a $5 cover at 12:25 because there was a band. got inside & the band was already packed up, not a single note was played. the door guys would not give us our money back.
What a cool place . The bar is beautiful and the waitstaff friendly . We stopped in for a few cold beers and was greeted warmly. We decided to have dinner and was not disappointed. Wonderful taste . I even gave the cooks a tip . The best turkey melt sandwich I’ve ever had ! The downstairs is a game room with a ton of machines to play . It has an outdoor deck also to watch the world go by . I highly recommend a visit . Good prices , cold beer, awesome food and fun environment . Good job Boone Saloon!
