Pricing is out of control. Indiana utility regulatory commission needs to investigate. Most likely there is a manager on the take similar to the Hendricks County situation which ended in a prison sentence.
Ridiculous prices. Unorganized. Set up two energy consult appts. Neither materialized.
Thanks to all the linemen who restore power in a timely manner when we have an outage.
Great as far as keeping the lights on but customer service sucks.
