11-18-2021 This business had an uneducated female "tried" to wax my daughter's eyebrow and burned her skin under her eyebrows very close to the crease -way too low. Had to take her that day to her Medical Provider where she was diagnosed with a 1st degree burn and prescribed a topical ointment. Giving this business a ZERO-star rating because there isn't one.

As an owner of the business, when I heard the incident happened, I attempted to contact the client's mother but no answered. Mrs. ******* also posted her daughter's incident on Appalachian Classification News forum and got so many responses. I already reached out to her to ask about her daughter’s health condition and said sorry for the incident happened and ask if she is still in pain, please contact me for further assistant .
