I can’t speak for anyone else, but if I visit a business that deals with real estate and I’m asked to explain what I mean by, “I have an investment property to sell,” I would clearly not feel comfortable with you handling such a large transaction on my behalf. Again, I can only speak for myself.

My husband and I just purchased a house with Boone, Hill, Allen & Ricks. Rachel Batts was the most wonderful agent to work with. We had been looking at one of her listings and decided on a whim to go to the open house, walked in and fell in love. My fiance out in an application for a house, had to blow their phone up just to hear back from them. Every time he called, he received different answers pertaining to his application. Needless to say he had to move forward with another company.
