Just received my email notice for my bill and was prompted to use the smart hub app. I downloaded it, paid my bill, immediately got my payment confirmation and then went on to compare my usage to last year. I have a skinny tree that has a scrawny branch about to hit the power line that feeds power to my place. It has maybe 5 inchs b4 it hits your power line. Your guy was just out here and did nothing. If I could change power companies I would!
