RecommendedFor a rural cooperative, they are so responsive and quick on outages which happen seldom because of their timely preventive maintenance.
Excellent timely service every time
Totally impressed and appreciative for the men who came out today after I reported an issue. They were at my door within 1.5 hours of making a call in the extreme cold and snow to diagnose a lose neutral outside my house. I doubt I would have received this service if inside City limits.

I am now with Ameran but had been with Boone and know how much they do and care. Thank you men and women for your hard work
Five Stars! Our power went off about 11am on Thanksgiving. I hated to call them out on a holiday, but lunch wasn't quite ready yet, lol! In less than an hour they had everything back up and running. Our power doesn't go off very often, but when it does, Boone Electric is always quick to get things fixed. Thank you very much, and Happy Thanksgiving!
I woke up at around 11:55 pm. It took me a few minutes to realize the ceiling fan that I always sleep with on was off, and the humidifier had shut down. From my window I could see only our dusk to dawn light had gone out. I could hear the baby crying in her room because her night light had gone off. I called Boone Electric Co, they had 2 trucks over within an hour and had the problem fixed which seemed to be localized to just our house. Thank you for the quick response time and getting us up and running despite the hour!

Great service in a caring community. Very quick to make sure service is back on asap whenever service is interuppted in some way. I also give them KUDOS for caring about other states when a disaster arrives as they send trucks/workers to volunteer. I LOVE my BOONE ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE!!❤❤
