Absolutely the worst service ever, waited for three hours in the waiting room and then another 3 hours back in the ER room for my girlfriend to be seen and they never came back to see her at all. Walked out after a total of 6 hours of waiting. Absolutely unprofessional and no concern for patients at all. Will never go back to This hospital ever again. When we walked out they acted like they didn’t even care. Didn’t even say anything to us. Worst place ever.

I went to Boone seeking help from an on going ulcer problem only to be accused of shooting up drugs in the bathroom! I was called a drug seeker. I went home to the hospital in my town and taken in for emergency surgery. The ulcer had perforated. Thanks Boone hospital for falsely accusing me because your team doesn't know what a perforated ulcer is or how to put in an IV so it doesn't come out! Thank God for Mercy hospital, they saved my life while Boone hospital was busy falsely accusing me of drugs! I wouldn't recommend you... read more
it's sad that a hospital makes someone wait outside in 20 degree weather for over 4 hours because of the only 1 person in due to covid-19. complete bs. I wonder what they would do if I came down with hypothermia.

This has been the absolute worst birth experience ever and I have now six children. I was a transfer from my homebirth midwife and they wanted to do a c section on me without even evaluating me. My midwife talked them out of it thankfully! Then to get a doctor in the room for my delivery was like pulling teeth. Once I got on the postpartum floor which per usual wasn’t long after birth. I wasn’t important at all. They don’t ask anything about me and then make up things that are supposedly wrong with my perfectly healthy baby.... read more
