Great new building same old great staff! Beats my own doctor's office...
After seeing 2 different vets here in Springfield (evet on Sunday evening and regular vet early Monday morning), and neither of them being able to take care of my greyhound's dislodged canine tooth, I called my adoption group to let them know what was going on. They suggested Boone Animal Hospital since they were the ones who had spayed my girl a few weeks prior and are familiar with the idiosyncrasies of greyhounds. The staff at Boone were so helpful and welcoming when my puppy and I came for our first visit today. They answered any and all of my questions and I was so happy with how excited they were to meet my pup! Thank you for all that you do ���
We have received nothing but outstanding care at Boone! We are always greeted with a smile and addressed by name. All the doctors go above and beyond to answer questions and return phone calls when problems arise. They cared for our very sick dog that had cancer and held our hands and cried with us when she had to go to heaven. They treat every pet as if it is their own. It takes a village to make something a success and Boone has that positive energy. We can’t wait to bring our dogs to the new Boone!
Can't say enough good things about Boone! Compassionate, friendly and excellent care for our pets (who are our family). Dr. Samson is excellent as is everyone there! I would recommend them to everyone.
This was our 1st visit. We were greeted with smiles and a great big welcome. Dr. Samson was friendly and thorough; did not feel rushed at all. Vet Tech Michelle M. Was the greatest! Will definitely go back for our visits.
Dr. Samson was so wonderful with my little nugget Abby. So kind and sweet and Ab seemed to love her. The entire staff was great from the minute I walked in and everyone treated Abby like she was their own pet. Definitely found the perfect place, thank you for taking such good care of my cutie kitty :)
Dr. Hayes was recommended to us due to the fact our vet doesn't do ACL on large animals. We had many of options. After meeting staff and Dr. Hayes we then knew our dog would be in great hands. Not many of places took the time to hear our concerns and worries. They did!
