We have followed Dr. Deyo from her previous hospital and she always knows what’s best for my pups. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, caring, and gentle with my dogs. I trust her completely with my dogs. I also love the staff at Boone. They are always friendly and welcoming! 5 stars!
My cats are treated very well and are always welcomed when we arrive. The Doctors are phenomenal! I truly recommend this place.
Have been taking my weimeraner(s) to Boone (old location and new) forever it seems. Once Dr. Ted Walters sold his practice to WSVC, I switched due to the excessive charges and business practices of WSVC. My current dogs' vet is Dr. Sheridan who is responsive to our needs. With that said, prior to Dr. Sheridan, there was a female vet for years who I loved and one day - gone. No notice to her "patients" - I would have followed her anywhere as I do not think she retired. On August 15, 2018 my dog Wiley Had a blood panel completed at this facility. DR. HAYES FAILED TO DIAGNOSE his DIABETES! She was too busy trying to persuade me to allow her to operate on my dog's knee. My poor Wiley suffered for almost a month, before seeing his regular Vet today.I had informed the vet tech Laura, as well as Dr. Hayes of Wiley's new symptoms, which they ignored. Dr. Hayes was highly recommended, initially I was disappointed in her questionable ethics as well as lack of preparedness, now I'm FURIOUS!
Great experience for Molly with Dr Hayes. She had TightRope CCL surgery and removed her meniscus tear. She’s healing beautifully. So relieved and grateful ❤️🙏🏻❤️

Dr. Andrea Hayes was recommended to me by my own vet. My 4 month old Boston Terrier puppy somehow broke his left elbow and required surgery. I was of course scared and nervous for him. He underwent surgery immediately. I was very impressed with the care he got. Dr. Hayes was phenomenal, professional, patient and understanding. The staff members and vet techs equally where wonderful, caring and loving. It was a good experience during a difficult time.
