Awesome food. Really reasonably priced. Service was amazing. Kids loved it also. Will be coming back.
Local haunt with fun atmosphere and good food. We usually come by boat. If you're I boat in there are two slips available for the restaurant. Seafood is always fresh. Try the stuffed portobello if they have it on special. Eat in the bar or in the dining area.
There were 9 in our party. My husband myself and our adult children and grandchildren. We heard this place was great. The atmosphere was ok. View nice. Service was excellent. Very pricy for what we ordered. The blackened Mahi was dry and over cooked. The grouper had no flavor. I expected more flavor for the price.
Whenever I’m in town, this place is an absolute must!
Always the warmest, friendliest hospitality!! The food quality is always consistently delicious. My 3 year old begs me to go there all the time!
Always a great experience. The service is very good, the food is excellent, and this is a very family friendly place. Don’t go if you’re in a rush, this is a local fav spot and they do things in a polite and relaxed manner. Great place - we go several times a year despite the fact that we live a few states away. Definitely a “have to do it” when visiting our family in Port Orange.
We found Boondocks 4 years ago on recommendation from hotel staff. We loved it. The building looks like a seaside fish market, but the food is delicious and the staff is great. It's off the beaten path which makes it even more interesting. We don't get to go very often as it is 2 hours from home but we are always up for an adventure and will be back. I feel bad for the people who did not have a good experience and I hope the regular staff is there the next time we go. Thanks for being a great "go to" place.
Such a neat little place. What I think of when I think of a cool local eatery in Florida. Great views of the marina. Very laid back & casual. Food was pretty good, as was the service.
We've been a few times. The staff was great. The food was really good and plentiful. 2 thumbs up !!!
