Was looking for an Indian place w Tikka Masala similar to some I had enjoyed in Cali, Boondockers may not have had the same exact dish, but was very enjoyable just the same. The staff was awesome! The place was clean and neat, the food was tasty and interesting...they gave my Wildlings bubble-gum ice cream just for eating all their dinner :) will be very happy to go back!
-- Service was nice, prompt and polite. -- Menu seemed average for amount of selections and -- Food items on menu sounded amazing. Problems: When food arrived I was disapointed as my tandori chicken came tasting like vinegar and when presenting the feedback I was informed it was fine. I left with the impression customer feedback is not an important element to overall service unfortunately. Suggestions: Be more receptive to customer feedback. If a customer clearly does not like a dish as it was prepared, offer something else.
