Best pork loin in Beaumont! Juicy, tender, and flavorfull. No nonesense butcher paper on your tray with great food.
Went there on a whim tonight. We were a little surprised at the strip mall type location, but once we got in there we knew we were in the right place. I got a G7 sandwich (brisket and pulled pork with queso Blanco and sauce), and it was melt in your mouth delicious. Hubby got the brisket and sausage, and green beans and cole slaw. He said the green beans were nothing special, but enjoyed the slaw. As other posters have said, their sauce is a bit thin and high on vinegar, but it works with the meat. This place was delicious. It was my 1st visit and I ordered the taco bomb and husband and I had the G7 sandwiches. Nothing was a disappointment. We will definitely be back
THE FOOD WAS COLD.. PRICE WAS WAY TOO HIGH AND NOT ENOUGH FOOD.....DROVE 30 MILES FROM ORANGE TO GET A BAKED POTATOE TH AT IS ADVERTISED ... IT WAS RIGHT AT NOON TIME AND WAS ALLREADY SOLD OUT...CHIPS FOR THE NACHOS WERE STALE.. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME VISITING AND THE LAST

Since we are a small business we only cook a certain amount of food at a time, so sorry we were out when you came! I consider myself BBQ expert. I've eaten the lovely smoked meats all over the great state of Texas. Chris and Emily have created A+ food for all of us to eat! You can't do better that Boomtown.
