What a bang for your buck. And the Q was awesome. Wife had the nachos and I had the potatoes and pulled pork with Blanco cheese. Man I could eat that everyday.

I grew up in Kansas City, I know good Barbecue, I know Great Barbecue... Boomtown falls in the Great category! The sauce is unique but is addictive. Ribs are beautifully tender and the BBQ Nachos are enormous.
