Ive had my subs installed twice with different cars by them! They did a fantastic job and very friendly group!
I so badly wanted to like Boomer, reviews looked great, shop is nice, etc. But instead I am here angry. I brought my truck in with a radio DIY disaster. They charged me $80 to spend 10 min looking at the car, then booked me for an appointment a week out. The day for my appointment came and they called me, left a voicemail and said I needed to come in now (eight hours before my appointment when I am at work and unable to answer the call) or they couldn’t get the radio done. Super fast and friendly customer service. A simple human error was made while installing my remote starter, they were very quick to describe what likely happened so I could reiterate to my local mechanic since I was an hour away. Genuinely apologetic and willing to do whatever to fix the mistake. Went above and beyond, thanks!
I just hand my second project done here and It Went the same as the first which was excellent very consistent quality . The place is ran very professionally. If your looking for quality work knowledgeable staff this is the place to go . 5 stars they got a customer for life .
