I had a remote started installed years ago for my birthday present. I have been back several times for faulty remotes and Jamie has ALWAYS been willing to help and solve the problem. A couple times, the wires got disconnected and once, I got new keys made, which resulted in the starter not working. All times, they have been very reasonable and have fixed the issue without question. When I get a new vehicle, I will be going back for a starter!
