I've lived here for 5 years and I came from an eviction and was very thankful for Sheila (landlord) giving me a chance to move in. Most landlords would of looked at the eviction and not even let me fill out an application. Have I had some issues? Yes. But I've found that most of my issues have been realized by going and talking to Shelia and finding a solution, instead of going into her office and acting like a toddler who missed their nap! I am happy with my apartment, it's spacious, and I love having a balcony!
The maintenance guy needs to stop looking in peoples windows. He is a creep and is always very mean towards animals.
I give them a one star for pool amenities, we have been having 110, 100 degrees in Oklahoma and the pool was not open 2023 summer. Some of us can't afford to go swimming at lakes and travel. This pool is never open it is now 2025. Good luck 👍🏾
Clean and quite. I love my apartment and staying here.
