My experience at Boom Smiles is always top notch. The doctors are great and the staff is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. Top marks all around.
I was super nervous going to a new dentist since moving to Jersey after going to the same one for the last 20 years. This office and staff were probably better than my old dentist. The cleaning was painless, the doctor was professional and gentle. I highly recommend this place!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Desai at Boom Smiles for my wisdom teeth removal! He was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. In fairness before I get to the reasons for a one star review, the office is nice, the staff friendly, and in my 3 years going here I never had to wait. The reason for the one star review is Dr. Boom over 3 years tried to upsell me multiple times and convince me that (1) I needed Invisalign, (2) that I had gum recision and needed that taken care of, and (3) my last time told me I had 3 cavities. Amazing staff! Did some great, quick work. Found cavities in the X-ray, had me back that afternoon to fill them.
