If you are looking for good food, you don't want to miss stopping at Boom Shack. I was thrilled when they opened this location which is closer to my home than their original take out only location on Ledbetter. Horrible Service!!!! Just sat in this place for 15 minutes with no employee in sight. They came out and asked was I dining in or ordering to go. I told them I wanted to place a to go order and have a drink while I wait. She said ok and no one ever came back out. I waited for 15 minutes and left. Not even a drink of water
Today we took our high-school basketball team to eat after our game and everything was delicious!! The boys and parents all loved their fresh food and great service. We enjoyed the wings, boils, shrimp and catfish baskets. Everything was fresh and one of the best red beans and rice I have ever had!! We will be back for sure next time we are in Duncanville! Thank you 🙏 for accommodating all of us!
Website intels business opens at 12pm. Came to order and establishment was closed. No sign, no nothing. Called the establishment said they open at 2. Cool, I’m patient. Went to run errands and came back at 14:05. There’s a sign that now says’ open at 2pm’. It’s still closed. Pull on the door (mind you we see employees sitting inside) still locked.
