I asked Bools to send flowers to a friend who had emergency surgery an hour and a half before closing time. I knew it was a long stretch but they agreed and created a beautiful arrangement and delivered it to the hospital 20 minutes after I called!!! Not even sure how that was possible. So impressed and so thankful!!
It has been a month since my daughter's wedding and I am still smiling!! Kristen and her team did a fantastic job creating beautiful bouquets, boutonnières and center pieces! My daughter lives in LA and I live in Buffalo, but Kristen seemed to take all of our emails, phone calls and random visits about abstract floral ideas in stride! The results were simply gorgeous. Can't thank you enough!
