1st time user to purchase materials and find this site to be FAR BELOW expectations. The online purchase showed HARD COVER and what arrived is SOFT COVER. My invoice shows pricing of an ADDITIONAL $3.00 per book (for a set of 25) over what the online price shows. To add insult to injury the invoice says NON-REFUNDABLE (which was never addressed on the order page of the online purchase (only addressed in the email that was sent AFTER the purchase was made.
