Disappointed in this company. I traveled from the U.S. to brazil to attend carnaval 2026. Got to the venue and the employees who were at the entry points gave me a run around every employee I cane across told me to enter through a different entrance cause me to lose hours of the event just trying to get in. I contacted Bookers International and I even contacted my bank my bank told me to recontact Booker's International but no matter how much I emailed back and forth and explain my situation it seemed like nobody cared.
Attention, this company has a very smart rip off strategy. I bought some tickets in Brazil. But they booked USD instead of BRL from my card. For this they are using the very harmless money symbol $ on their homepage for their "brazilian" prices. In the end there is nothing you could do and we paid 5 times the regular price. Stay away from this non serious company.
Booked a Camarote through them for Carnaval. Check in process was a nightmare. Long line in the heat and took over an hour to get into their little shipping container for check in. Service was rude and careless overall. Would not recommend using this service. Especially when paying over $2,500 for the event.
El servicio no fue acorde, vendieron entradas numeradas en una fila inexistente en el sambodromo, en la gradería 9, los angeles no estaban dentro del sambodromo sino hacia las afueras del mismo, varios de ellos no estaban bien informados , pregunte a algunos y no dieron respuestas exactas, decepcionado de su servicio. Si dicen ser una empresa profesional mejoren su servicio, para un turista extranjero dejan muy mala imagen, porque promocionan condiciones que no se ajustan a la realidad.
